We stand behind the quality of our parts. Learn how to file a warranty claim.

Our Warranty Coverage

At MotoMe, most new OEM and aftermarket parts are covered by a minimum 6-month or 10,000km warranty against manufacturing defects. Some premium brands offer extended warranties up to 2 years.

How to File a Claim

Important:

For any warranty claim, you must provide proof of professional installation by a certified garage/mechanic.

  1. Gather Documentation: You will need your original order number, a detailed description of the defect, photos of the defective part, and the invoice/receipt from the garage that installed it.
  2. Submit Claim: Email our warranty department at warranty@motome.ae with all the documentation attached.
  3. Review: Our technical team will review your claim within 3-5 business days. In some cases, we may need to inspect the physical part.
  4. Resolution: If approved, we will provide a free replacement of the defective part. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
