By accessing and using MotoMe, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Use of the Platform
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. MotoMe acts as a marketplace connecting buyers (car owners, garages) with sellers (auto parts suppliers). While we verify our suppliers, the ultimate contract of sale is between the buyer and the seller.
3. Part Fitment Guarantee
Our 100% fitment guarantee only applies when a valid VIN is provided before purchase, and the part is selected from the VIN-verified results. Parts ordered manually by part number without a VIN check are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
4. Pricing & Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.
